Devon Broussard

Teacher

Devon was born and raised in Southern California and has lived here most of her adult life. Shortly after graduating from college, Devon moved with her husband to Houston, TX where she taught elementary school for several years.

From an early age Devon knew she wanted to be a teacher, and over the past 15 years has taught a variety of grade levels including preschool, kindergarten, 4^th and 5^th grades.

Devon earned her teaching credential and master’s degree with a specialization in curriculum and instruction, from Cal State University, Long Beach. In addition, she holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University.

Outside the classroom, a few of her favorites include reading with a good cup of coffee, making handmade crafts and traveling with her husband and son.

Devon is passionate about teaching and learning and looks forward to bringing her experience to The Arbor.
