Laura Steen

Board Member

Laura is a southern California native and has been homeschooling her four kids for nine years. Her family has been a part of The Arbor community for eight years, and it has been an integral part of her kids’ education.
She has a BS in Biology from CSU Fullerton and completed her graduate work in Animal Communication/Ornithology. She has become somewhat of a curriculum junkie and loves facilitating learning for each of her kids as they follow their interests.
When she isn’t driving her kids all over, she enjoys hiking, bird watching, camping, and reading.
